IMPACT Council’s Woman of the Year, Cecile Harris Walters received her Masters in Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Long Beach on May 27, 2009.

Cecile says, “The support from ABWA made it possible for me to successfully complete my degree.  Thank you for your scholarship support, a membership benefit that I will cherish.”  She is a Charter member of Diamonds of Southbay Chapter in Long Beach, CA.
